Women’s Ministry Programs
Women’s Ministries emphasizes women ministering to women to encourage, equip, and evangelize our church body and the community. This is accomplished by providing fellowship, ongoing training, and opportunities for service in our church and the community.
MomCo – Ministry to mothers with young children
If you are a mom who has kids in kindergarten or younger, MomCo is for you!
“MomCo encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women, and leaders, in relationship with Jesus, and in partnership with the local church.”
Our meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month, September through May, from 9 to 11 am. Childcare (and coffee!) is provided.

Dorcas Quilters
Meets the last Monday of each month (except December). 1:00p – 4:00p in the WHBC Fellowship Hall. The mission of Dorcas Quilters: To sew quilts, aprons, purses, table runners, etc., and provide them to our church members and friends for suggested donations that are sent to support Samaritan’s Purse “Children in Crisis” Ministry. Women’s Campout
All women are welcome! This annual event is a fun, fellowship-filled weekend of inspiring speakers, worship, music, food, camping, outdoor games, hiking, canoeing, sharing around the campfire, and more! Activities will proceed, rain or shine! Contact the office at (608) 356-3111 for more information. The campout is held annually in June.
Women’s Bible Studies and Heart to Heart
We have many Bible study groups that regularly meet. If you would like to start a bible study or need help connecting with one, please reach out to the church office at 608-356-3111 to be connected with current Women’s ministry leadership. Transformation results from intentional, personal, and regular small group Bible Study, especially through one-to-one relationships of encouragement, discipleship, and mentoring with other women. Heart to Heart exists to support these relationships. Check out this fantastic Heart to Heart collection in the church library!
